Intelligistica is committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all business relationships and to implementing effective systems and controls to ensure modern slavery is not taking place anywhere in our business or supply chain.

2. Our Business

We deliver AI advisory, assurance and technology transformation services to organisations across regulated sectors.

3. Our Policies

  • Anti-slavery policy. Sets out our stance on modern slavery and how employees can identify instances of it.
  • Recruitment policy. Includes right-to-work checks to safeguard against trafficking or forced work.
  • Whistleblowing policy. Allows employees to raise concerns without fear of reprisals.
  • Code of business conduct. Explains how we and our suppliers are expected to behave.

4. Our Supply Chain

We assess suppliers as part of due diligence and expect adherence to standards consistent with the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

5. Training

Relevant staff receive training on identifying and preventing modern slavery.

6. Our Performance Indicators

We monitor supplier due-diligence completion and any reports received through internal channels.

7. Approval

This statement is approved by Intelligistica's leadership team.
